It's was the Day when I was Join at Karvy Data Management on 15th may 2017,when I Thought I Thankful to god that I Get opportunity to work on at my own village Proddatur and not want to Went beyond my native place,as I attached to my City "Proddatur" So much.,I Thought it's a great opportunity to work with a Government Project,but I Was Wrong whenever I Join the Company I observe the first thing that at my own city Proddatur no one Utilizing the Devices at the respective schools which were provided by the Company.Then I Thought may due to lack of Awareness of the Introduction or Training they may not utilizing but I Try because whenever I See the below Post by great author"Audrey Hepburn" I Just Go ahead,with the best Inspiration of great quotation makes me a Leader. It's not easy task to get in a utilization,Or I say it's impossible task because first to explain about the Apps,daily monitering and sometimes the devices not funtion proper conditions to srrvice it.Therefore Finally I Satisfy to get in to all for best utilization of Devices which good percentage compare to other mandals.I Do everything use my best strategies,apply intelligent skills by Via messages,phone calls follow up,Explaim freequent from two to three times.Or in short I say in these job i done hard work,i think i never done from my previous companies.I connected with communication with every teacher,head master,M.I.S of Mandal education staff.

Later the company provided same devices to Backward Caste Hostels and Social Welfare Hostels for improving the efficiency and accuracy of E-Governance.When all over wide declared by the upper authority the attendance is based on the every activity including to passing a income or salary bills then the staff member's,welfare officers started to high burden or pressure on the tech supporter.Schools are available at a low distance but Hostels are vary compare to it.The salary of income source which couldn't meet the criteria of transport allowances.

I Ask why That much of Particular giving preference on the attendance on Bio-metric E- Governance System.although I decided To resign the Job after all I Suffered.I Just say even A Daily Wage Earner can earn money but at the same time he will achieve a "Peace",at every time forget Sunday including at a  "Salat"(Prayer's) time on evening I Get Calls,there is no time,no any peace nothing.I only blame if i resigning these job only to Government not government take a strict steps on it and not I have on way to take a decision and  Resignation i thing as soon possible I will be, and it's very difficult to resign job without any alternative option but sorry now the patience level is gone at the exceeds  limit,and another thing have to say Government has to fails to provide the employment opportunity and when the students who are pass out with post graduate and Degrees and trying to work on private companies there also not letting to live happily.
